K2 Ski and K2 Snowboard

Already for years K2 has supplied the Powderchase team with the right gear for the job, but also provided the Powderchase participants with an extensive fleet of powder-oriented skis and snowboards. K2 was ahead of the game in implementing Rocker Design Construction creating a collection of skis and boards that perform flawlessly in deep powder as well as tracked terrain.

You wanna enjoy your next Powderchase Adventure with the perfect K2 gear – but you’re having a tough time deciding which K2 gear to go for? K2 Wayback 104 or the K2 Pinnacle 95? Or maybe step on a split board like the new K2 Split Bean again? Don’t worry, we can help you out! Check out the K2 Dealers listed below. Their demo fleets are stacked with selected K2 Freeride- and Backcountry Products. After you’ve tested your way through the gear buy directly from your favorite dealer and profit from special testing discounts.

We bring an extensive pool of freeride test skis and snowboards to every Powderchase. Please understand that we can not bring every ski or board in every size available. If you have a request for a specific ski or board, please let us know in advance. We can try to organise to bring it to the Powderchase you’re attending.

Partner BMW has supported us for three years now. We think the Powderchase X1 has seen more snow-covered mountain passes than any car we know. It’s equipped with xDrive, BMW’s permanent all-wheel drive system, that has gotten us safely across any powder-filled road.

When we first got started in our humble garage in Colorado, we never dreamed it would get this big. But thanks to support from our loyal customers, we’re now the biggest and most trusted name in snow safety. We’re looking forward to another 20 years of backcountry riding and, most important, 20 more years of saved lives.

When we equip you for the backcountry, we work to equip you not only with gear, but with knowledge to make informed decisions. That’s why we support all of our products with a consumer education program and the most knowledgeable customer service staff in the industry.

Our mission is to save lives, not just sell products. This is how we measure success. The bottom line: don’t get caught in the first place. Get educated, choose your terrain according to the conditions, and communicate clearly. Our hope is that you’ll never use any of our rescue gear–except for practice. We want you to be a BCA customer for life.”

Once upon a time three talented skiers decided to combine first-class functionality with sleek and attractive designs – not in your face, but definitely not boring either. These three skiers, Stefan Engström, Peter Blom and Christer Mårtensson, came together in 1986 in ski resort Åre, a small mountain village in the wild heart of Northern Swedish and founded Peak Performance.

Today Peak Performance stands for sophisticated and technical sportwear that convinces with high functionality and performance while skiing, touring and mountaineering. For everyone that wants to be active without compromise.

The Powderchase Team will be supplied with products from the Heli Line – the perfect partner for Big Days and deep powder!

For over six decades now Marker has stood for skiing innovation and safety. In 1952 Hannes Marker presented the world’s first safety release ski bindings. During the 1970s, the M series revolutionized the binding market through its automatic heel release mechanism. Through its 2007 release of the Duke model and the ongoing expansion of the Royal family, Marker has continued setting the gold standard in the freeride and freestyle segments. With the launch of its Protective Snow Equipment for the 2012/13 season, the company from Penzberg, Bavaria, manufactures innovation in the helmet, goggles and protectors field as well.
